Emergency Assistance   One-time payment toward either security deposit, first month’s rent, or late rent for families facing impending homelessness or are in a homeless situation. Payments may only be received once every 12 months. Eligibility reviewed at intake. Wisconsin Works (W2 Program)   Helps parents support their family while they prepare for work or apply for Social Security. One-on-one case management, job skills training, education, financial assistance, connection to employment opportunities and supportive services available for eligible parents. Food Share Employment and Training (FSET)   Job-based program open to eligible adults receiving Food Share benefits. Can help recipients find and keep a good job. One-on-one case management, job skills training, connection to employment opportunities, and supportive services available. For more information call, 715.504.0080

 

Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA)  If you are 30 or younger and seeking training for careers in high-demand industries WIOA can help with find your career path. Job Access Loan (JAL)   Short-term, interest-free loan program to help eligible parents with expenses related to getting or keeping a job. Interest-free loan to help purchase a car to get to and from work, driver license fees, or work clothing and uniforms. Wisconsin Employment Transportation Assistance Fund (WETAP) Interest-free loan to help eligible adults with vehicle purchase or repair expenses. Call 920-292-1336 for information on how to apply.
